Welcome to St Luke’s!

We are a welcoming church at the heart of Shireoaks and Rhodesia.

Our desire is to walk closer with God and to love our communities according to His love.

At the heart of Shireoaks, St Luke’s church seeks to be a blessing to all in our area.

We are motivated by our experience of God’s love and want to share His love in our actions.

Welcome From Our Vicar

Welcome to St Luke’s.  We are a vibrant Anglican church based in Shireoaks and Rhodesia, with a vision to love God and love neighbours.

We meet on Sundays at 11am and minister alongside our sister church, Christ Church, Worksop. Worship, discipleship and outreach is key to our community and we are excited about what God is doing in our midst.

You are most welcome to visit us by joining us at any of our  services. You may also consider joining one of our Home Groups, which are a vibrant part of our life.

This year we are running an Alpha Course. I would love to invite you to consider being part of it.

Above all, If you’re new to St Luke’s, we’d love to get to know you. I would especially value a chance to visit you, or meet up for a cup of coffee. You will soon realise that in our desire to love God and Neighbour, we also have a lot of fun. So come and say hi!

I trust you will find in St Luke’s, an open, friendly, warm and welcoming church.

Love and Blessings,
